As you may be aware, the water has been shut off to the building, sporadically. This was done without the authorization of the BOD or April (HOA Mgmt Company). We know how inconvenient this can be and we are working hard to resolve the problem. Because of the ease at which a single individual can ruin the weekend of everybody in the building we will consider more permanent measures to ensure the security of the plumbing.
